triple beat boxes hit ridiculously high numbers after the sets release. looking at the prices of violet and scarlet upon their release around a month ago, its no surprise that triple beat followed the trend. however, for a set that is arguably worse than its predecessors, should it be worth the $175 premium. in my opinion, this set is worth waiting for. the main chase cards in the set, Dendra 099/073 SAR SV1a (another waifu) who has passed the $1.5k mark here in australia. whilst this may look tempting to some, its hidden in an overall mid set. so if you cant manage to find the grail of the set out of your first few boxes, you wont be a happy chappy with the cards you have ammassed for the price. id recommend waiting for the price to come down, or just pass on triple beat. there are some fantastic artworks and pokemon cards in the set, but not for the $175 price tag. if the boxes end up at $130-$140, thats a much more comfortable price for consumers. card in question
